Reference tablet based on NVIDIA Tegra 4 will use fast flash memory SanDisk iNAND Extreme


SanDisk has announced that its flash memory iNAND Extreme is included in the reference platform based SoC NVIDIA Tegra 4 . In this case, it is a tablet. This fact may favorably influence the spread of this fast flash memory manufacturers of tablets (which will use the Tegra 4, and possibly among others).
