Our colleagues have found in the database MDDS mention of the processor Intel Core i3, relating to the generation of Ivy Bridge. More precisely, it served as a basis for micro Ivy Bridge-M-2. The appearance in the MDDS processor received the product number BX80637I33250, points to his preparation for release. It is assumed that the model Core i3-3250 will add to the range of previously released Intel processor Core i3-3210, to bring together families of Core i3 and Pentium.
Processor will have two cores and integrated graphics HD 2500. Other characteristic features of Core i3, is the presence of 3-MB cache in the third level and support for the Hyper-Threading. According to unconfirmed reports, the processor will be designed for a clock speed of 3.5 GHz.
The TDP source calls equal 55W. Likely as the rest of Ivy Bridge processors for desktop systems, Core i3-3250 will be available in a LGA 1155. Release Core i3-3250 is still unknown.
