Company Everspin Technologies, has recently announced the first magnetoresistive memory chips ST-MRAM (Spin-Torque magnetoresistive RAM) for high-performance storage systems, has expanded its range again.
The density of new non-volatile memory chip, designated MR10Q010, is 1 Mbit. They are equipped with an interface Quad SPI, uniting four lines serial input-output. According to the manufacturer, the combination of Quad SPI MRAM memory type and allowed us to obtain very high-speed recording without delay characteristic of flash memory and EEPROM. Operating at a clock frequency of 104 MHz, the new memory is characterized by the capacity to read and write 52 MB / s.
